The location of the hotel is great: close to the shopping area and tourist attractions, easy reachable by bus from the Kyoto Railway station. Fast check-in and check-out, helpful staff. Good place for short time stay in Kyoto.

Location - right on the heart of Kyoto where the busy activities take place. But it is a little far from Kyoto station - with luggage I took the taxi there instead. Staff are SO friendly and fully conversational in English! They were also very helpful. Size is not bad too - good size compared to chain hotels in Japan.

Best location ever with reasonable price. Right on the major street of Kyoto, it's easy to access the most famous attraction like Gion, nishiki market, pontocho. Need a cup of coffee? Starbucks is right down floor.

Great location that is a short walk to everything you need and easy for public transport and taxis. Super helpful staff. In an area full of great restaurants. Starbucks downstairs if you need a coffee fix

Location is awesome! Close to shopping and entertainment. Could leave bags there when we arrived early. Serviceable rooms, nothing fancy but location can't be beat.

Lawson and starbucks are next door, train is just below ur feet, bus stop is in front of the hotel. Location is just too good, foods are everywhere too. I hope they change the furniture inside the room coz it looks quite old, that's all. Nothing to complain. Just really enjoyed my stay.

Location was fantastic for my needs. Right on the main street and not far from transport. Door is a little fun to find, but you're right in the middle of everything.
